Thai boxing or Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and includes various boxing, kicking and clinching techniques. Elbows and knees can also be used, all to your advantage, as you benefit from a workout that trains your whole body.

The group training starts with a warm-up, followed by a short workout and finally we focus on the various Muay Thai techniques. This training offers it all: you burn countless calories, build up strength, benefit from a unique group dynamic and have fun.
