Roman was one of the first students of Strikezone and has been living his passion for Muay Thai for over 10 years. Regular trips to Thailand, where he competes in intense fights with locals, have become an important part of Roman's passion. He knows what it takes physically and mentally to push himself outside his comfort zone. As a multiple Ironman finisher, he regularly puts these qualities to the test in triathlons. He also conveys these aspects in his authentic Muay Thai training.

While on holiday in Thailand, Luca watched a spectacular Muay Thai fight and was immediately impressed by the technical finesse of the sport. In 2017, he became part of Team Strikezone and discovered his passion for Muay Thai. This passion drove him to step into the ring multiple times. He passes on his enthusiasm for subtle and clean techniques to our members in his training sessions.

Simon
Coach Muay Thai
Simon discovered Muay Thai during the Covid pandemic and has been fascinated by various aspects of the sport ever since. Muay Thai is a martial art that requires the use of the whole body and is therefore a holistic fitness programme for body and mind. You develop not only physical but also mental strength. Simon attended several training camps abroad, mainly in Thailand and Bali, Indonesia, and stepped into the ring to further develop his skills.

Claudio
Trainer Muay Thai
Claudio started Muay Thai over 10 years ago with the aim of strengthening himself physically and mentally. The sport soon became his passion and also serves as stress reliever. Today, for Claudio, Muay Thai stands for discipline, hard work and spirituality. He learnt his authentic techniques from a Thai trainer for years and also trained several times in Thailand. He leads his training sessions on the basis of his personal principle: having fun without forgetting the hard physical training and discipline.

Michael
Trainer Muay Thai
Michael embodies focus, perseverance and continuous development. He discovered his passion for martial arts at a young age through Taekwondo and developed into a multi-faceted and universal martial artist through boxing, Capoeira, Kung Fu and finally Muay Thai. Michael's focus is not only on constantly improving his techniques, but also on developing mental strength through meditation. Fights are unpredictable and require a controlled handling of emotions in every situation. Among other things, he has focussed on these aspects during several training trips to Thailand and a Shaolin temple in China. He leads his value-orientated Muay Thai training sessions with authenticity and a profound passion for the sport.

Mirlinda

Before finding her passion for Muay Thai and joining StrikeZone's team in 2020, Mirlinda practiced Kickboxing for many years . Muay Thai is more than just a workout: It strengthens self-esteem and self-confidence. Sharing these values and this mindset is core to Mirlinda's trainings for Women.
One side of the job is to explain the craft of Muay thai: But the most important one is to share her passion for the sport and the positive impacts in the broader life, especially for women.

Felippe
Coach Functional Training
Felippe's fitness journey began at the age of 12 and over the past 12 years, he has immersed himself in the world of CrossFit and functional training. His journey started in Brazil, where he co-founded a CrossFit box with his sister, which they ran for three years. He then continued his journey in Europe, working with CrossFit in Italy and now in Switzerland, where he has been for six years. Sports and fitness have always been a significant part of his life. He has competed both professionally and as an amateur in swimming, football and CrossFit. Now, his focus in on helping other become healthier and stronger through functional training.
