In our functional fitness classes, you will not only train your strength and stamina, but also your flexibility and coordination. This combination will not only improve your personal performance, but also reduce the risk of injury during sport.
As we train using our own body weight and free weights, our exercises focus on several muscle groups at the same time and can also be adapted to the individual level of each participant.
Our functional fitness classes are structured as follows: warm-up, strength training, conditioning training, stretching. Our coach Felippe will accompany you throughout the entire workout. Thanks to the small group classes, you can benefit from personalised and individual support and achieve your athletic goals even faster.
The small groups create a motivating and inspiring group dynamic that helps you push beyond your limits. All fitness levels are welcome in our functional fitness classes, from 16 years of age.
